How we rate UK bingo sites
A big bonus means little if the terms are unfair or withdrawals take weeks. Every bingo site we list is scored on the same six checks:
Licence and safety
We confirm each site holds a current licence on the UK Gambling Commission’s public register. No licence, no listing.
Bonus terms
We read the full terms – wagering, max win, eligible games and expiry – and favour simple, low-wagering offers.
Bingo rooms and games
We look at the range of 90-ball, 75-ball and speed rooms, ticket prices, jackpots and how busy rooms are.
Payments and withdrawals
We check payment methods, minimum deposits and how long withdrawals take to reach you.
Mobile and ease of use
We try each site and app on a phone, because that’s where most people play.
Safer gambling tools
We check deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion are easy to find and use.
We re-check the offers on this page every month and update the date at the top when we do.
Bingo bonuses explained
Most bingo sites give new players a welcome bonus – usually bonus funds for bingo tickets after a first deposit of around £5 to £10. Before you claim one, check these five things:
- Wagering requirement – how many times you must play through the bonus before winnings can be withdrawn. A £20 bonus at 4x means £80 of play.
- Maximum win or cashout – some bonuses cap how much you can withdraw.
- Eligible games – bingo bonuses can often only be used in certain rooms.
- Expiry – many bonuses must be used within 7 to 30 days.
- Payment method – some offers exclude e-wallet deposits.
Since 19 January 2026, the Gambling Commission has capped wagering requirements at 10x and banned bonuses that make you play two different types of gambling – for example, having to play bingo to unlock slot spins. The changes are intended to make bonus terms simpler and more transparent, and several leading bingo offers now carry wagering requirements of 4x or less. Read the Gambling Commission’s announcement.
A bonus is a way to try a site, not a way to make money. Only deposit what you’d happily spend on a night out.
Types of online bingo
| Game | Ticket | How you win | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 90-ball | 3 rows × 9 columns, 15 numbers | One line, two lines, then a full house | The classic UK game, three chances to win |
| 75-ball | 5 × 5 grid with a free centre square | Complete a set pattern, such as a letter or shape | Variety – the pattern changes each game |
| 80-ball | 4 × 4 grid | Lines, corners or a full card | A middle ground between 75 and 90-ball |
| 30-ball (speed bingo) | 3 × 3 grid, 9 numbers | Full house only | Quick games that last a minute or two |
You’ll also find Slingo (a mix of slots and bingo), themed rooms and progressive jackpots. Most sites let you set tickets to auto-daub, so you won’t miss a number.
How to join a bingo site safely
- Check the licence. Look for the UK Gambling Commission licence number in the site’s footer – and compare it with the numbers in our list.
- Register with your real details. UK sites must verify your age and identity, usually automatically.
- Set a deposit limit first. Since 30 September 2026, every UK-licensed site must offer a deposit limit – choose an amount you’re comfortable with before you play.
- Read the bonus terms. Opt in only if the terms suit how you play.
- Use an accepted payment method. Pay with a debit card or an eligible e-wallet. UKGC-licensed bingo sites cannot accept credit-card payments for gambling, and some offers exclude certain e-wallets.
Play safe – keep bingo fun
Bingo should be a bit of fun, never a way to make money. Set a budget before you play, never chase losses, and take regular breaks. Every UK-licensed site gives you tools to help: deposit limits, time-outs, reality checks and self-exclusion.
If gambling stops being fun, free and confidential help is available:
- GambleAware – advice and support
- GamCare – National Gambling Helpline 0808 8020 133, 24/7
- GAMSTOP – block yourself from all UK-licensed gambling sites
18+ only. Bingo Hounds does not accept or promote gambling by anyone under 18.
