Pros and cons

What we like

  • No wagering on welcome spin winnings, and bingo winnings go straight to your cash balance
  • Free bingo in the On the House room for players who have deposited in the past 30 days
  • Low-cost tickets from 1p in Pinch a Penny
  • A withdrawal guarantee: processed within 60 seconds or MrQ credits £10 cash

Things to know

  • The welcome offer is slot free spins, not a bingo bonus
  • £10 minimum deposit and withdrawal – some sites on our list allow £5
  • The welcome offer isn’t available to customers in Northern Ireland
  • Only one active payment method at a time, and switching needs a balance under £10
  • MrQ is mainly a casino site, with bingo as one section

Welcome offer explained

MrQ doesn’t offer a bingo bonus to new players. Instead, when you make your first deposit of £10 or more, you get 100 free spins on the Big Bass Splash slot, each worth 10p – £10 of spins in total. The spins are added to your account straight away and appear when you open the game.

The main thing to know is the time limit: you have 48 hours from qualifying to use the spins, and any left after that are removed. What you win from the spins isn’t capped and is paid into your real money balance with no wagering requirement, so you can withdraw it or use it on bingo tickets. You can only have one free spins welcome offer, and the offer excludes customers based in Northern Ireland. MrQ says large wins may be subject to security checks by the game provider.

If you’re mainly here for bingo, it’s worth comparing this with the bingo bonuses on our list. A bingo bonus gives you more tickets to play with, but comes with wagering, while MrQ’s spins are on a slot and any winnings are yours to keep.

Bingo rooms and games

MrQ has 90-ball and 30-ball bingo running around the clock, plus picture bingo, where you play on a 3×3 grid of themed images and can quick-buy up to 96 tickets. Auto-dab marks your numbers for you, and MrQ’s help centre says bingo winnings are paid straight into your cash balance with no wagering. Ticket prices and prize pots are shown in the lobby before you buy, and jackpots grow with the number of tickets sold. The rooms listed on MrQ’s bingo pages when we checked on 14 October 2026 were:

  • On the House – free 90-ball bingo for players who have deposited in the past 30 days. You can claim 6 free tickets per game, with games every 10 minutes for 12 hours a day (the room page lists 12pm to midnight).
  • Pinch a Penny – 90-ball bingo with 1p tickets and a rollover jackpot, open 24/7.
  • Cheap as Chips – 90-ball bingo with 10p tickets and a rollover jackpot, from 7pm to 11pm every day.
  • Dab & Disco – 90-ball bingo with 20p tickets and a rollover jackpot, open 24/7.
  • Other promotions – MrQ’s promotions page says all its promotions are wagering free. Most are slot offers, such as Q’s Friday Night Frenzy (free spins dropped at random every Friday at 5pm), Drops and Wins tournaments, a refer-a-friend free spins offer and 10 free spins for verifying your mobile number after a deposit.

Payments and withdrawals

MrQ’s help centre lists Visa and Mastercard debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and instant bank transfer. Credit cards aren’t accepted, and every payment method must be in your own name. The minimum deposit is £10. You can save up to eight payment methods, but only one can be active at a time for deposits and withdrawals, and you can only switch when your balance is below £10 with no pending withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal is £10, and money goes back to your active payment method. MrQ says most withdrawals are processed instantly, but some can take up to 2 working days while it carries out payment, security or verification checks. Once processed, it quotes 10 to 20 minutes for instant bank transfer, up to 2 hours for PayPal, up to 4 hours for Visa Direct and 1 to 5 working days for standard Visa and Mastercard withdrawals, and says some banks can take longer. MrQ doesn’t charge withdrawal fees.

MrQ also runs a withdrawal guarantee: if it doesn’t process your withdrawal within 60 seconds, it credits £10 in cash to your account within one business day, limited to once per player per day. It doesn’t apply if your withdrawal is held for verification checks, if you deposited by mobile billing, or if a bank or technical problem outside MrQ’s control causes the delay, and it covers MrQ’s processing time rather than how long your bank takes.

Mobile app

MrQ has apps for both iPhone and Android. They are casino apps that also include the bingo rooms, rather than bingo-only apps. When we checked on 14 October 2026, MrQ Casino: Real Money Games on the UK App Store was rated 4.5 from 6,811 ratings, and MrQ – Online Casino Games on Google Play was rated 4.5 from 2,990 ratings, with more than 100,000 downloads. You can also play on the mobile site in your browser.

What players say

MrQ’s reviews on Trustpilot are mostly positive – more so than for any of the other bingo sites we compare. The page covers the whole of MrQ, and most of the recent reviews we read were about slots rather than bingo.

  • Players like: quick withdrawals to their bank, a site and app that are easy to use, smooth-running games and free spins offers.
  • Players complain about: promotional spins they expected but didn’t receive, accounts restricted or checked around withdrawals, and feeling they rarely win (these are reviewers’ opinions, not evidence that games are unfair).

Is MrQ safe?

Yes. MrQ is run by Tek Fox Ltd, which is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 60629, with remote bingo and casino licences listed as active on the Commission’s public register. In your account you can set a deposit limit or a net deposit limit, reality checks, time-outs and self-exclusion, and you can also self-exclude from all UK-licensed sites with GAMSTOP.

Our verdict

MrQ suits players who like simple, no-frills bingo with no wagering to worry about: bingo winnings go to your cash balance, there’s free bingo in On the House if you’ve deposited in the past 30 days, and Pinch a Penny tickets start at 1p. Its Trustpilot reviews are also the most positive of the sites we compare. The welcome offer is free spins on a slot rather than a bingo bonus, the minimum deposit and withdrawal are £10, and the bingo sits inside a mainly casino site, so if you want a bingo bonus or a bigger bingo community, look at the other sites on our list of the best UK bingo sites.
