Heart Bingo at a glance

Pros and cons

Welcome offer explained

New players who deposit and play £10 in any bingo room get a £50 bingo bonus. The bonus has 4x wagering, so you’d need to play through £200 of bingo before any winnings from it can be withdrawn, and you can redeem up to £200. Rewards expire after 7 days, so it suits players who plan to play regularly in their first week. Heart also offers a separate slots welcome offer (100 free spins), so make sure you opt in to the bingo one if that’s what you want.

Bingo rooms and games

Heart Bingo has a busy schedule of bingo rooms with tickets from as little as 1p, so you can play on a small budget. Auto-daub marks your numbers for you, and chat rooms keep the social side of bingo alive.

• Newbie Room – new players can unlock free bingo sessions by spending just 1p on bingo.
• Bingo Rewards Club – earn free bingo tickets each week based on how much you play, from 15 tickets up to 150.
• Beyond bingo – a large range of Slingo games, slots and live casino, all from the same account.

Payments and withdrawals

Heart Bingo mentions debit card and Apple Pay for deposits, and withdrawals back to your bank account or an e-wallet. As with all UK-licensed sites, you may be asked for ID documents before your first withdrawal – this is a legal requirement, and doing it early can avoid delays. Some Trustpilot reviewers mention slow withdrawals, so it’s worth completing verification as soon as you join.

Mobile app

The Heart Bingo: Casino & Slots app for iPhone is rated 4.8 out of 5 from around 11,000 ratings on the UK App Store, making it one of the better-rated bingo apps. Android players can use the mobile site in their browser.

What players say

Player opinion is split. On the App Store, ratings are very positive. Reviews on Trustpilot, where people are more likely to post after a problem, are much more mixed – plenty of players are happy, but a large share describe a bad experience.

• Players like: the choice of games, cheap 1p tickets, free bingo and promotions, and easy navigation. Some mention quick withdrawals and friendly support.
• Players complain about: withdrawal delays and verification checks, games freezing, support that feels automated, and big wins feeling rare.

Is Heart Bingo safe?

Yes. Heart Bingo is run by BV Gaming Limited, which is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 39576. That means player funds must be protected, games must be fair and tested, and you’ll have access to safer gambling tools such as deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion.

Our verdict

Heart Bingo is a strong choice if you want a big-name site with cheap tickets, plenty of free bingo and a clear welcome offer with low wagering. Its iPhone app is excellent. The mixed Trustpilot reviews are a reminder to verify your account early and keep an eye on the 7-day bonus window.
