Buzz Bingo at a glance

Pros and cons

Welcome offer explained

New players have 14 days from sign-up to deposit at least £10 (by debit card, PayPal or Apple Pay) and stake £10 on online bingo tickets. Once those games have finished, Buzz Bingo adds a £30 online bingo bonus to your account and a £10 voucher for Main Event bingo sessions at any Buzz Bingo club. The online bonus has 4x wagering, so you’d need to spend £120 on bingo tickets before any winnings from it can be withdrawn, and you have 30 days to do it. It can be used on most online bingo games, but not Big Money Live or Live Session games. The club voucher lasts 6 months, and no change is given if you spend less than £10.

Prefer slots? If your first stake is on one of the qualifying King Kong Cash or Fishin’ Frenzy games instead, you’ll get a £20 slots bonus to play as 200 spins at 10p each, with 10x wagering and 30 days to use it. You can only get one welcome offer, and the first game you put money into decides which – even a 1p stake on bingo rules out the slots offer, and vice versa.

Bingo rooms and games

Buzz Bingo’s lobby is split into Big Money, Session, Exclusive, 90-ball, 80 and 75-ball, video bingo and keno games. Its big selling point is live bingo: presenters host games from the studio with chat, and some games run in Buzz clubs and online at the same time. Ticket prices vary by room – games starting when we checked had tickets from 5p to 15p, and Buzz says some games offer 1p tickets.

• Big Money Live – played in Buzz clubs and on buzzbingo.com at 2pm (2:30pm at weekends) and 8:30pm daily, with tickets at £1 for 6 and a minimum £2,000 full house.
• £1,300 Free Live Session – a free 10-game session every day at 7:30pm in the Live Sessions Room from 12 October to 30 November 2026, with 12 free tickets per game (extra tickets from £1).
• Link Room games – 10p tickets, with a £20,000 prize fund on Wednesday and Saturday evenings in October.
• Other promotions – a free daily spinner game with no wagering on prizes, slots prize draws and leaderboards, and Buzz Rewards in the app.
• Beyond bingo – over 300 real-money slots, including Fishin’ Frenzy, Rainbow Riches and jackpot games, from the same account.

Payments and withdrawals

Buzz Bingo’s terms list debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Open Banking and Paysafecard as deposit methods – credit cards aren’t accepted. For the welcome offer, only debit card, PayPal and Apple Pay deposits count. According to the Buzz Bingo help hub, withdrawals are usually processed within an hour; PayPal normally arrives within 24 hours of approval, bank transfers take 2–5 working days, and cards that support Visa Direct or Mastercard Send may be paid within an hour. The minimum withdrawal is £5, money can only go back to a method you’ve deposited with, and you can’t cancel a withdrawal once requested. Extra ID or security checks can cause delays, so it’s worth verifying your account early.

Mobile app

The Buzz Bingo app is available for iPhone and Android. On Google Play, Buzz Bingo: Play Bingo & Slots is rated 4.4 out of 5 from 2,969 ratings, with over 100,000 downloads. On the UK App Store, Buzz Bingo – Slots & Casino is rated 4.2 from 707 ratings. As well as online bingo and slots, the app works as a digital membership card for Buzz clubs, lets you top up your club balance from your seat and shows local session times and prices.

What players say

Buzz Bingo’s reviews on Trustpilot are mostly positive, with more happy players than unhappy ones. Bear in mind that its Trustpilot page covers the Buzz clubs as well as the website, and many recent reviews are about nights out in the halls.

• Players like: friendly staff and hosts, the atmosphere and deal nights in the clubs, daily free spins, and how easy the mobile app is to use.
• Players complain about: withdrawals being held up or refused, slow replies when they need help, a feeling that the same people win in some clubs, and connection problems with online games.

Is Buzz Bingo safe?

Yes. Buzzbingo.com is run by Buzz Bingo Digital Limited, which is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 57594 (and by the Government of Gibraltar). The clubs are run by Buzz Group Limited under a separate UKGC licence. Buzz Bingo is registered with IBAS for independent dispute resolution, and offers deposit limits, reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion. Note that self-excluding online doesn’t cover the clubs – you’d need to self-exclude separately in-club too.

Our verdict

Buzz Bingo is a great fit if you enjoy live, presenter-led bingo or already visit a Buzz club – the £10 club voucher, app membership card and shared Big Money Live games tie the two together nicely. If you don’t live near a club, the welcome offer is effectively a £30 online bonus with 4x wagering, which is still fair. The apps are well rated, and its Trustpilot reviews are more positive than most we’ve seen. Mecca Bingo also gives new players a £10 club voucher – see our Mecca Bingo review.
