Pros and cons

What we like

  • Just 2x wagering on the welcome bonus – among the lowest on our list
  • A low £5 spend on bingo tickets unlocks the £25 bonus
  • Free bingo every 15 minutes, around the clock, in the Ladbrokes Lounge
  • TV-themed rooms including Coronation Street, Emmerdale, The Chase and Deal or No Deal
  • One account for bingo, casino and sports betting

Things to know

  • PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafe and prepaid card deposits don’t count for the welcome offer
  • No dedicated bingo app; bingo is played on the mobile site
  • Free game prizes are LadBucks reward tokens rather than cash, and they expire

Welcome offer explained

Ladbrokes runs one of the simplest bingo welcome offers we’ve seen. Open an account, make a deposit and spend £5 or more on bingo tickets, and Ladbrokes adds a £25 bingo bonus. You have 30 days from registering to qualify, 14 days to accept the bonus once it’s offered, and 30 days to use it.

The bonus has 2x wagering, so you’d need to play through £50 on bingo before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. That’s lower than most rivals on our list – Heart, Sun and Buzz are 4x and Mecca is 5x – and level with Foxy Bingo, which is also run by Entain. Not every deposit method counts: PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafe, Envoy, prepaid cards and certain debit cards are excluded, and your account needs to be verified. The bonus can only be spent on bingo tickets. Its standard promotion terms also say that withdrawing before wagering is complete can lead to bonus winnings being voided, and only one sign-up offer is allowed per player.

Bingo rooms and games

Ladbrokes Bingo is part of the Entain bingo network, so some of its bigger games are shared with sister sites. When we looked at the lobby on 12 October 2026, it had 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, 50-ball and quick 30-ball games, with tickets from free up to 20p. Some of the main rooms and promotions are:

  • Ladbrokes Lounge – free 90-ball games every 15 minutes, all day, with up to 6 tickets per player. Prizes are LadBucks – Ladbrokes reward tokens that can be swapped for rewards such as free spins, free bets or cash, depending on what’s available – and they expire on the 15th day of the following month.
  • Low Roller and Pennies N’ Freebies – 1p 90-ball rooms for keeping spending low.
  • Main Event, Wacky Wednesday and Friday Frenzy – the bigger-prize 90-ball rooms. Friday Frenzy runs every Friday from 9pm to 10:45pm UK time, with prizes shared across the network.
  • TV-themed rooms – Coronation Street Bingo, Emmerdale Bingo, The Chase Bingo and Deal or No Deal in 75 and 90-ball versions.
  • Other formats – Club 80, Grid 75, Pattern 75, Slingo Bingo, Quick Call (30-ball) and 50-ball games such as Fishin’ Frenzy and Bingo Beats.
  • Regular promotions – Bingo Missions (spend £1 or more on bingo to earn free tickets) and the Weekly Win-Win, a £1,000 free session for players who spend £5 or more on bingo during the week.

Payments and withdrawals

Ladbrokes’ help centre lists Visa, Mastercard and Maestro debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Pay by Bank, bank transfer and paysafecard. Credit cards can’t be used. The minimum deposit is shown in the cashier, the maximum is £2,000 per deposit, and there’s no fee for card deposits. UK players can use up to three payment methods in a rolling 30-day period, and every method must be in your own name.

To withdraw, you choose Withdraw in your account, pick a method and follow the steps; Ladbrokes then emails a confirmation number. Withdrawals to PayPal need a successful PayPal deposit in the last six months. The help centre doesn’t set out fixed withdrawal times for each method, so check the timeframe in the cashier, and expect identity checks to be completed before your first withdrawal.

Mobile app

When we searched the UK App Store and Google Play on 12 October 2026, we found Ladbrokes apps for sports betting, casino and poker, but no dedicated bingo app, and the descriptions of the sports and casino apps on the App Store don’t mention bingo. If you want to play Ladbrokes Bingo on your phone, use the mobile site in your browser. If an app matters to you, Foxy Bingo – on the same network – has well-rated apps for iPhone and Android.

What players say

Most Ladbrokes reviews on Trustpilot are negative. The page covers the whole Ladbrokes brand – sports betting, casino, poker and betting shops – so the reviews shouldn’t be treated as a verdict on its bingo service alone.

  • Players like: helpful individual support agents and, for some, quick withdrawals.
  • Players complain about: slots and casino games they feel are poor value (these are reviewers’ opinions, not evidence that games are unfair), extra ID checks before withdrawals, promotions that didn’t work as they expected, and low prizes from the free LadBucks games.

Is Ladbrokes Bingo safe?

Yes. Ladbrokes is run by LC International Limited, part of Entain, and is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the UK Gambling Commission under account number 54743 – the same licence as Foxy Bingo. The help centre covers deposit limits and other safer gambling tools, and you can also self-exclude from all UK-licensed sites with GAMSTOP.

Our verdict

Ladbrokes Bingo suits players who want a simple, low-wagering welcome offer: spend £5 on tickets and the £25 bonus needs only £50 of play to clear. Free games every 15 minutes and the TV-themed rooms add variety. The lack of a bingo app and the brand’s mostly negative Trustpilot reviews are worth bearing in mind, and check which deposit methods qualify before you start.
